Emma is currently undertaking pupillage under the supervision of Rupert Davies. She now takes instructions on the full range of personal injury cases including fast track trials, small claims, Stage 3 hearings, disposal hearings and interlocutory hearings including applications and case management conferences. She is developing a paperwork practice, both advising and drafting.

Emma receives instructions from both claimants and defendants and will accept instructions on a Conditional Fee Agreement basis where appropriate.
