Toby was called to the bar in 2015. He is undertaking a specialist family pupillage under the supervision of Danish Ameen. Toby is currently accepting instructions in his second six.

During his first six, Toby observed public and private children’s law proceedings and ancillary relief work in the Family Court and the High Court.

Before being called to the bar, Toby worked as a digital advisor for a global luxury brand and later as a paralegal at a magic circle law firm, where he drafted non-disclosure agreements for both public and private M&A clients. Toby also led large-scale document reviews as part of the firm’s multijurisdictional investigation team.

When he is not in court, Toby enjoys visual arts, design and travel.
