18 SJS CRIMINAL DEPARTMENT WELCOMES BETSY HINDLE

The members of 18 St John Street Chambers are delighted to announce that Betsy Hindle has joined our expanding Criminal Department.

Betsy defends and prosecutes in all areas of criminal law with an emphasis on sexual offences, drugs, violence, fraud, firearms and cases involving controlling and coercive behaviour. Betsy joins from Central Chambers where she completed her pupillage in 2020.

Betsy, called to the Bar in 2017, stated “I am thrilled to be joining 18 St John Street Chambers. The Criminal Department is highly regarded on circuit and frequently instructed in the most complex and high profile cases. I am very much looking forward to joining the team and developing my practice.
