18 St John Street is delighted to announce that several members of chambers have been ranked as leading barristers in the 2020 edition of the prestigious Chambers and Partners directory.

Oliver Caplan features for the first time in the rankings this year. He has been listed as a leading barrister in the field of Social Housing.

The guide states that Oliver “Offers considerable expertise in the wide range of issues that can arise for tenants of social housing. He is well versed in acting for vulnerable clients, including those with mental health issues.”

Oliver is a member of the Business and Property team within chambers.

Richard Chapman QC has featured regularly in past editions. This year, along with his entry as a leading silk in the areas of Chancery and Commercial Dispute Resolution, he is also recommended field of Banking and Finance.
