18 St John Street Chambers are delighted to announce that our Family Department has been shortlisted for two awards in the prestigious LexisNexis Family Awards 2023.
The Family Law Awards were established in 2011 to recognise the important work of family lawyers and to celebrate the success and achievements of those working in this area of law. We are very proud to have been shortlisted for two awards at the 2023 ceremony, which takes place in London in November.
The awards that the family department have been shortlisted for are:
- Family Law Chambers of the Year – Regional
- Family Law Clerking Team of the Year
The Family Law Awards website states; “The Family Law Awards brings the family law community together for its biggest night of the year, celebrating excellence, networking and recognising its vital contribution to society.
The shortlist and winners will once again be chosen by a judging panel made up of the heads of the Family Law Bar Association, Resolution, the Association of Lawyers for Children and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, along with Family Law editors and publishing professionals. Two of this year’s Family Law Awards will be voted for by the family law community: Family Law Clerking Team of the Year and Family Law Commentator of the Year. A shortlist of entrants has been selected by the judges from the entries received.”
