We are delighted to announce that 18 St John Street has further enhanced its reputation as a leading Barristers’ Chambers with another strong showing in the latest edition of “The Legal 500”.

The 2023 rankings for The Legal 500 directory” have been announced. The latest edition sees several members of 18 St John Street improve on or consolidate previous rankings, along with a host of new additions to the directory.

Chambers has 37 rankings across 11 practice areas, highlighting 18’s strength in depth. We are particularly delighted to once again be ranked as a Tier 1 set for Family and Children Law.

We are very proud that many of the testimonials given to The Legal 500 refer to the experience, efficiency and friendliness of both members and clerks, which is a glowing testament to the service standards and team ethos that we strive to maintain at 18 St John Street.

We are only as good as the instructions we receive and the clients we work alongside and thank all those who work with us across all our practice areas and for their continued support and loyalty.

We will showcase our achievements in the coming days as we highlight the individual practice areas and ranked counsel in more detail.

The Legal 500 Series is widely acknowledged as the world’s largest legal referral guide. More than 300,000 buyers of legal services are surveyed and interviewed globally each year.

The Legal 500 is an independent guide, and firms and individuals are recommended purely on merit. It is the only guide to truly reflect the needs of corporate counsel by focusing on the strength in depth of the teams (practice and associates) rather than simply list individual partners.

18 St John Street is a multi-disciplinary set based in Manchester. Members of Chambers have been delivering the highest standards of advice and advocacy services to professional and lay clients for almost 50 years.

For more information on the services provided, please contact Chambers Director James Parks or a member of the clerking team on 0161 278 1800.
