Georgia specialises in all areas of criminal law. She welcomes instructions for both prosecution and defence. Georgia is a Level 2 Crown Prosecutor.
Georgia maintains a busy practice covering an array of offences including domestic violence, drug supply, violent offences and acquisitive crimes.
Georgia recently successfully argued a submission of no case to answer before the Crown Court on a burglary case.
Georgia has successfully represented HMRC in forfeiture proceedings, as well as local councils for Environmental Protection matters and breach of regulations relating to e-cigarettes. She has frequently provided written advices to local councils regarding disclosure.
Georgia prides herself on her client handling abilities and approachable nature. She is proactive in seeking efficient resolutions on matters where appropriate.
Georgia accepted tenancy at 18 St John Street Chambers upon successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Paul Treble in 2025.
Before coming to the Bar Georgia worked as an employment law advocate for two years, running final hearings of up to 2 weeks in length. She has also worked as an Usher at Manchester Crown Square.

R v J (2025) – secured acquittal for a defendant charged with burglary through a half time submission following a successful argument to exclude bad character evidence.
R v D (2026) – secured a selection of guilty pleas on the morning of trial on an 11 count indictment including burglary, theft, intimidating witnesses, dangerous driving and assaults.
HMRC v Y (2025) – secured a forfeiture order of around £20,000 as well as full costs.
