We are pleased to announce that Oliver Caplan has been appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional A Panel.
Several members of 18SJS have been appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional Civil Panel to undertake cases as instructed by the government and administered by the Government Legal Department (GLD).
On 1st March 2023, Oliver will join Dr Christopher McNall and Jennifer Newstead-Taylor on the Regional A Panel. Rupert Davies and Victoria Roberts also retain their panel membership.
The Government website states:
“The Attorney General maintains panels of junior counsel to undertake civil and EU work for all government departments….The panel system is made up of London Panels, Regional Panels and Public International Law Panels.
