CRIMINAL DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

The members of the Criminal Department of 18 St. John Street support the stance suggested by the Criminal Bar Association which means that, due to the refusal of the Government to invest in legal aid work, we will not be accepting instructions for Crown Court cases with Representation Orders dated 01 April or later.
