DANISH AMEEN TO SPEAK AT CHILD CONCERN SEMINAR ON TOPIC OF FORCED MARRIAGE PROTECTION ORDERS


18 St John Street’s Danish Ameen is to speak at a seminar for Child Concern in June on the topic of Forced Marriage Protection Orders.

The seminar will take place at The Castlefield Hotel in Manchester on 9th June 2019 and provides 2hrs CPD.

Danish Ameen represents local authorities, lay parties, and guardians in cases brought under the Children Act 1989. He also has a busy practice in proceedings for financial relief under the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973.

 

Danish regularly appears at all levels of the Family Court, including the Family Division of the High Court and has experience in the Court of Appeal.
