Dr Christopher McNall appeared for the landlords in the latest round of the long-running and hard-fought litigation about Maesllech Farm, near Cardiff, earmarked for development as part of the 7,000 home Plasdwr ‘Garden City’.
After a 2 day trial in the High Court, HHJ Jarman QC upheld the landlords’ claim for possession and dismissed a proprietary estoppel defence and counterclaim brought by the tenant. Dr Christopher McNall (led by Penny Reed QC) appeared for the landlords, instructed by Kevin Kennedy and his team at Burges Salmon, Bristol.”
