Fiona Holloran, led by Prof Jo Delahunty KC, appeared recently in the case of A LA v X and Y and Others. A total of 5 judgments were published, attracting widespread press coverage due to the parents being a family barrister and a primary school teacher. The press were seeking to name the parents and the latter judgments dealt with issues relating to press attendance, anonymity and the public interest.
Fiona Holloran and Rehana Begum will be discussing all of these topics in their upcoming seminar on 19th June 2025. To join our mailing list for this and future events, please contact marketing@18sjs.com or visit our seminars page.
