He is regularly instructed in fast-track, intermediate-track, intermediate track and multi-track personal injury claims, including complex liability disputes, and frequently acts in employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability, highways and public liability claims. Christopher has extensive experience preparing pleadings and schedules of loss in claims valued in excess of £100,000, and is currently instructed as sole counsel in matters pleaded in excess of £1 million. His work frequently involves detailed analysis of liability, quantum and evidential issues across a broad range of personal injury litigation, and he is known for providing clear, practical advice and working closely with solicitors to prepare cases for trial.

Alongside his civil practice, Christopher appears regularly in both the Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court.

Christopher is Chair of the Board of Trustees of North Wales Community Law and serves as a Non-Executive Director of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, giving him particular insight into governance, regulation and decision-making within large public bodies. This experience informs his regulatory and disciplinary work, particularly in matters involving professional standards, fitness to practise and organisational decision-making.

Before coming to the Bar, he served for a short period in the British Army.

Outside of practice, Christopher enjoys playing sport, particularly rugby, where he may lack talent but does not lack enthusiasm.
