Gabriella Cutts is in the ‘second six’ of her pupillage and available for instruction from 2nd March 2026.
Gabriella joined as a pupil in September 2025 and is under the supervision of John Vickery in Chambers’ Business & Property team.
Over the non-practising portion of pupillage Gabriella has observed work across the business and property spectrum including contractual disputes, probate, insolvency and directors’ duties disputes.
Alongside small claims and fast track trials, Gabriella has observed hearings relating to:
- Case management;
- Costs;
- Retrospective extensions of time;
- Relief from sanctions;
- Winding-up petitions;
- Housing possessions;
- Strike out/summary judgment.
Before beginning pupillage Gabriella triaged for a busy legal advice centre dealing with housing and welfare matters. She also produced letters of advice on contract and IP law matters for her university advice centre.
Gabriella competed in international and university moots, winning a specialise chancery competition while representing her Inn. She also volunteered for Inner Temple’s Mooting Society by organising mooting competitions for students.
During her legal studies Gabriella received Distinctions in Civil Litigation, Company, Contract, Trust and Land Law.
