Peter’s practice spans both the prosecution and defence of very serious criminal offences; military law; licensing; inquests and regulatory law especially in rural and agricultural matters.
Peter has a specialist knowledge of, and expertise in, firearms and firearms legislation. A large part of his practice also involves defending military personnel at courts martial in the UK and abroad.
