A van driver who hit another motorist with his vehicle after the pair were involved in a ‘road rage’ row has been acquitted of murder following a trial at Minshull Street Crown Court.
The defendant was unanimously found not guilty of Murder – and the alternative offence of Manslaughter – following a three week trial.
