Christopher Lothian-Field has secured a £500,000 settlement on behalf of a claimant who sustained serious injuries in a road traffic accident.
The claimant, who was a pedestrian, suffered a traumatic brain injury together with cervical spine fractures, a femoral fracture and an open ankle fracture. The claimant underwent a significant period of treatment and rehabilitation following the accident.
The incident had a significant impact on the claimant’s day-to-day life, and his losses were numerous; however, the matter was nevertheless capable of being resolved at an early stage.
The settlement represents an early and pragmatic resolution, providing the claimant with certainty and bringing the proceedings to an end on terms which allow him to focus on the future and get on with his life.
