18 St John Street are delighted to announce that from Monday 2nd March 2026, our second-six pupils Gabriella Cutts and Scarlett Wilson are on their feet and accepting instructions.
Gabriella’s pupillage is under the supervision of John Vickery in Chambers’ Business & Property team. Over the non-practising portion of pupillage, she has observed work including contractual disputes, probate, insolvency and directors’ duties disputes.
Gabriella has also has observed hearings relating to case management, costs, retrospective extensions of time, relief from sanctions, winding-up petitions, housing possessions, strike out/summary judgments.

Scarlett has observed a broad range of criminal hearings and trials during her first six months of pupillage under the supervision of Paul Treble. Scarlett has drafted a variety of legal documents including advice notes, sentencing notes, legal applications and legal arguments.
Scarlett has also completed several advocacy training exercises, honing her skills.
